Black Rotary Leather Spray System

We are manufacturing and exporting huge range of Rotary Leather Spray Systems in Yungkang, Tainan Hsien, Taiwan.

Uses a photoelectric sensor to measure the position of leather, as well as how the leather is moving on the conveyor belt. After calculation with a microprocessor, the spray gun on the rotary disc is automatically controlled and driven to spray paint the coating on an appropriate position on required leather surface.

Spray paint coating adopts a rotating method. In the direction of fixed rotation, leather is conveyed forward (not in synchronization), the spray gun can accurately spray paint on a same area in multiple coatings or in small quantity coating, to save coating material without causing waste, and the result of spray coating is consistent and perfect.

Working with a a 700C conveyer type leather measuring machinea and drying room (can be bought with the machine) to achieve integral requirement of automated measuring, spray paint, and drying operation.

It is the model to ensure consistent coating, practical performance and easy maintenance.
