Suitable for flanged end valves.
Test Media : High pressure water and High Pressure Gas
Auto Clamping through simple push button for enhancing productivity and ease for operator.
HMI/ SCADA ( optional ) Interface for selection of test parameters and type of test. Standard values of pressure and clamping force shall be picked up automatically as set values from the predefined receipies.
Linear pattern of rate of pressure rise for water testing. Pressure overshooting is achieved within 1 bar.
Data Acquisition with Graphics can be offered in SCADA option.
The clamping force is a proportional type and is being done through operating a simple push button.
Monoblock will prefill the system and high pressure water generation system will create a required test water pressure in a linear pattern.
Gas Booster for seat test with Gas
Operatora s friendly machine
