* To reduce the chances of machine getting cracked, the body is annealed & stress relieved by heat treatment process.
* The crank shaft is centrally fitted on cast steel toggle bearings to bring equal balance and load distribution.
* High tensile manganese steel is used in the jaw plates and side plates and one jaw is connected to other through a swinging lever.
* The side plates are of close fitted to avoid any wear to the body. The body gets steady crushing force due to the use of heavy duty cast iron flywheels on both ends of the crank shaft.
