DL-650 is the use of a special polymer and mold surface oxides to form hydrogen bonds, then the mold surface

DL-650is the third generation of semi-permanent rubber mold release. Using DL-650 has the following advantages.

Usage:
1. Cleaned the mold surface until no more oil with a tissue wipe sense.
2. With a gun to apply DL-650 evenly in the mold surface.
3. Repeat step 2

5. Heating to achieve the curing temperature, the start into the production
6. When feeling a little stripping difficulties, repeat step 2 and continue to shape.
