Shipper Shaft

Vulcan manufactures high quality field proven Shipper Shafts. Shipper Shaft is manufactured from medium carbon alloy steel forged bars duly hardened and tempered to tolerate heavy loads during mining operations. Final heat treatment is done when rough machining is within A inch
of final diameter resulting in overall strength of the shafts. Splines are generated in hobbing to ensure proper alignment of rack pinions.
