Side Flap Gluer

Our Side Flap Gluer is a Hotmelt adhesive applicator mainly for side flap gluing of various types of cartons , viz. Duplex, 'E' flute, 3 ply etc. at high speed and with zero rejection . It has electronically controlled heating and Hotmelt adhesive can be used in form of chips or granules.

Hotmelt Adhesives are 100% solid thermoplastic adhesive which are water resistant, nontoxic, fast settling and odourless. They form an instantaneous bond adhering to variety of substrates such as polycoated, laminated, varnished, wax coated duplex board and ordinary kraft paper cartons with zero rejection.
