Application :-
Widely applied to P+R crafts and mobile phone keypad.

Usage:-
* The silicone surface must be cleaned by toluene for degreasing the oil and release agent which remained from the mold.
* When the affects of low molecular weight cause bad bonding under the uncompeletly vulcanizing, the silicone can be vulcanized again at 180A C for 45 minutes.
* According with differents of reinforced gloss oil or gloss oil for comparing the effects by suit 460 instant glue, since the back of plastic keypad printed by silk screen.
* Brushing with primer(K770-3) on the silicone bonding surface, placed for 3 minutes.
* Brushing fewer instant glue on the surface which brushed with primer or tackifier, then bonding with another material for proper pressing.
* Will be cured in few minuets and adhesive strength will come to the best after 24 hours.
