Silicone Release Liner

We are offering our customers an excellent quality range of Silicone Release Liners.
1. LDPE Laminated Release Paper
Specification : -
1. Web Width : 40`` inches maximum
2. GSM : 52 gsm to 350 gsm
3. Silicone Coating : High release with 0 to 4 cm2 / 2.5cm peel value. High / Lower value can be achieved if required.
4. Silicone used : Tin curable usually but adhesion curable platinum based silicone coated material is also available. Does not have rub off/unpolymerised silicone upon coating.
2. Glassine Based Release Liner
Specification :
1. Web width : 1500 mm maximum
2. GSM : 40 gsm to 300 gsm
3. Silicone Coating : Release value 0 to 16 cm2 / 2.5cm higher / lower value with no silicone rub off / unpolymerisation.
4. Silicone used : Usually Tin curable but platinum curable is also available upon requirement.
5. Coating Weight : 0.5 to 0.7 gsm usually.
In addition to the above two grades 100% pulp based machine calendered printed release paper for beltless sanitary napkin is also available and the same meets international specification to suit high speed operations. This product is separately detailed.
