Kneading mechanism is classified into three types: vacuum, pressure and standard atmosphere. Heating/cooling system consists of heating/cooling jacket and outer coil, works by steam, thermal oil and hot water, water cooling, with hydraulic cylinder turn and cover. Discharging can be hydraulic cylinders dumping, discharge valve or screw extrusion. A variety of equipments can be installed on for safety, measurement, control records, etc. Mixing cylinder and the material contact parts are made of stainless steel to ensure the purity of product. Shaft seal is vacuous structure.
