Salient Features of Silky Polishers :-
- Improved Texture, Quality and Storage life of milled rice with minimum weight loss.(0.1-2%)
- Low volume (<30 litr/hr) of pure water, atomized by pressurized clean air is injected through the polishing rollers to remove the bran and dust particles and hence giving the rice a high lustre finish.
- Restores uniform moisture content to override rice(appox-1%).
- Feeding rolls, shining rollers and screen components are hardened and surface with Nickel-Chromium for durability and hygiene.
- An automatic control moisture injection system prevents moisture injection into an empty polishing chamber before rice enters the chamber on start up, when the feed ceases in the event Unexpected Machine Shutdown.
- Precise control over the shining degree of rice
