* Input- output are interchanged i.e. Reverse Current.
* Load current is drawn through local earth.

* Neutral is missing from both sides and load current is drawn through local earth.
* Magnetic tamper as per CBIP-88/IS:13779
* Phase- Neutrals are interchanged.
