Adhesive to be dispensed is filled in syringe(10,20,30,50 cc capacity) with the help of adjustable vaccum system built in the machine.
Machine is foot switch operated and quantity to be dispensed is controlled by adjusting Pressure (P) & Time (T).
A digital timer with solenoid valve ensures high precision repetitive shots.
Variety od dispensing tips / nozzles are available to ensure uniform dot size and reduce wastage.
A vaccum pencil can be used with this to facilitate pick and place of electronic components.
