Achar Masala:
This is a perfect blend of spices which have a great ethnic taste and
aroma.



Description:
Original colour of spices with some of whole spices as well as ground
spices. Free flowing and highly aromatic values.


Ingredients:
Fenugreek (Methi Dana), Fennel Seed, Mustard Gram, Kalaunjee,
Asafoetida (hing), Red chilly, iodized salt, Turmeric, Cloves, Black
Pepper and edible oil.


Directions
to use:
Take 1 Kgs of
fresh Green mango / Lemon and cut into small pieces. Mix the 200 gms
of achar masala (1 Packet) in the pieces and leave it for 24 hrs.
Take 250 gms groundnut oil / mustard oil and boil it; and make it at
normal temperature and mix it in spicy pieces; leave it for at least
48 hrs. Your mouth watering and delicious PICKLE is ready to serve.
Dont Use Brass, Zinc, Aluminium or silver pots.


Additional:
You can prepare the pickle of KER, CHILLY, CARROT, LASUA (Gunda) etc.
by adding the 50 gms of mango powder (Amchoor) or 250gms of crushed
green mango.


Additional:
You can prepare pickle without oil. For this boil 1 ltr water and mix
the Achar Masala in the boiled water and mix pieces of green mango
(Keri). Leave it for 7 days. Without Oil PICKLE is ready to serve.


Applications:
The pickle is additional dish to improve the taste of your meal.


Product shelf life:
product having 12
months of shelf life. Store in a cool and dry place.
