The material of our stainless steel ball bearings are

- Martensitic stainless steel : 9Cr18a 9Cr18Moa AISI440C
- Austenitic stainless steel: AISI304i AISI316

Stainless steel bearings perform good in oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-magnetic, esp applies in bad working conditions. It also enjoys long life and non-maintaining.

The rings and balls of stainless steel bearings with standard structure are with AISI SUS440Ci 9Cr18Mo or 9Cr18i materials, processed by vacuum hardening. Cages and Seals are with AISI 304 or AISI 316 materials, precision can be good as ISO ABEC-5, Vibration as Z3 grade.

Austenitic stainless steel bearings.

We also supply customized stainless steel bearings to meet the special requirement of our customers. Compared with high-carbon chromium martensitic stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel performs better in corrosion resistance, anti-magnetic.

Austenitic stainless steel bearings are totally made with AISI SUS316Li 316i or SUS30 materials.(including IR , OR, balls, cages ).Cause austenitic stainless steel is not able to be hardened as a whole, so this type of bearings are not ok for heavy-loading and high rotating speed.
