It is working capacity 1000Litre Electric Heated mixing tank for fruit juice,Material:All Inner&outer contact parts are made of SS304,elliptical seal on top&bottom for well discharge,3-walls with a full jacket for conduction oil heating and Rockwool insulation;Equipped with ONE complete set of agitator paddle mixer,including one 2.2KW Motor,speed 60rpm for gentle stirring.The others accessories as a CIP automatic-rotating cleaning ball inside,one Inlet,spare holes,one manway,one ordinary thermometer(0-150C), one ordinary pressure gauge,one medium inlet,one medium outlet on jacket,one bottom bulit on electric heater pipes,one outlet&discharge valve can be with tri-clamped,three adjustable support legs etc which per the final drawing.One control box for Power On/Off;Mixing On/Off;Temperature& Pressure display so on which per our standard.Inner thickness 4mm,inner working pressure 0.1MPa;Jacket Thickness 3mm, Jacket normal pressure;Insulation layer 50mm,outer surface 2mm.Inner&outer mirror polish.
