A pneumatically operated rubber roll nip is provided in the machine. Web tension at both rewind units is controlled by a mechanical clutch assembly through a timer pulley and belt assembly. Pneumatically operated rewind shafts for easy and quick unloading of slitted rolls. A razor blade holder with 1 mm pitch groove roller IS provided for web slitting & trim cutting.
