A single shuttle moves smoothly along the clean loading side of the aligned sterilizers. Another shuttle operates along the unloading (sterile) side. The goods placed upon a loading platform or shelf rack are transferred to a loading conveyor at a single point in the clean area and don't have to be manually moved again.
Just prior to the moment a sterilizer becomes available, the shuttle automatically picks up the next loading platform and delivers it to the sterilizer chamber.
In addition, the Getinge Sterilizer AGS automatically sets the ready sterilizer to the correct program and starts the sterilization process, thus minimizing human error and effort.
