Super Thermal Heater

Our super thermal heater are manufactured in standard models ranging from 50,000 kcal/h to 50,00,000 kcal/h and has characteristics such as:

* Self - cleaning effect due to favorable flue gas velocity
* Convective helical coil uses cross- flow pattern to soak up utmost heat from the hot flue gases in radiation zone and two times in convection zone.
* The incoming combustion air takes up the residual heat in the flue gases and this ensure optimum heat utilization.
* Our 3-pass boiler can achieves efficiency of 88 % due to integral air heater.
* Safe and reliable operation for safety interlocks, indicators and alarms
* Thermal fluid system can function between 100 C and 350 C without any pressure increase.
* Mineral oil which is non- corrosive and free from any foreign particles is used as heat transfer media. This ensures low maintenance cost and higher reliability.
