The Grinding Wheel Spindle: is mounted on preloaded grease packed super precision angular contact anti-frication bearings, ensuring trouble free service for a long time. The spindle is directly driven by flange mounted motor (to eliminate any vibration) through flexible couplings.
The Wheel Head Assembly is mounted on a heavy column enclosed guide ways with cover to keep them dust free. Carriage are perfectly hand scrapped and matched guide ways to achieve maximum accuracy and surface finish.
