Specification of Synthetic Medium Lustre Primers-:
* Properties: It can be used on Wood & Metal, provides Tough, Smooth and durable film with very slight sheen. The lustre finish of Primer Surfacer acts as a finishing coat without top coat also, such as inside of machine covers and electrical switch boxes and starters.
* Colour: Grey, White & Back.
* Finish: Very Slight Sheen
* Viscosity of application: Brushing 50-60 sec. By flow cup No.4 @30 Degree Celsius, Spraying 25-30 sec. At a pressure of 3.5 kg/cm/2 (40-45 p.s.i)
* Thinner recommended: Gemlite thinner of Enamel for viscosity adjustment.
* Drying time: Surface Dry 40-45 min. Hard Dry 12-16 Hrs
* Recoating time: 12-16 Microns
