Synthetic Wood Primers

The Gemlite synthetic wood primers is formulated taking into account the normal grades of wood used in our country for home use. Product specification:
It has very good sealing and filling properties to effectively protect the wood from swelling due to absorption of moisture. This primer is specially formulated to penetrate into the wood to give excellent foundation for topcoats. It also prevents any resinous matter from inside the wood oozing out to spoil the appearance.

Properties:
* Viscosity: 100 + 10 seconds by ford cup b-4 at 30 degree celsius
* Thinner recommended: gemlite thinner for enamels.
* Method of application: by brush or spray. For brushing, adjust *viscosity to 40-45 seconds by ford cup b-4. For spraying adjust viscosity 25-30 seconds.
* Drying time: surface dry not more than 1 hour Hard dry not more than 16-18 hours
* Finish: smooth & matt.
* Shades: pink and white.
* Flexibility: good
* Covering capacity: 18-20 sq. Meters / coat- per liter
* Packing available: 20 liters 4iirres, 1 liter & 500 ml
