Upward rotation of the rollers keeps the tablets moving in single line in an upright position through the sorting channels. Movable and adjustable flap rows avoid overflow and keep the tablets oriented in the channels. The distance between the rollers is narrow in the upstream section and wider in the downstream section. Depending on thickness the tablets are automatically separated into 3 discharge channels: i? too thini? , i? goodi? , i? too thicki? by falling through the distance between the sorting rollers.
