Salient features of Tank Clinching Machine For Heater Cores:
1. Purpose : For Automatic Assembly / Clinching of Tanks of Heater Cores of Automobiles in process of :
* Assembly of Tanks onto the Heater Core on both sides one by one
* Separator Sensor for the Tank.
* Flux Applicator before Clinching.
2. Type of Machine : Vertical Type.
3. Operation Sequence : After loading the component in its loading position
* Apply Flux from the Applicator.
* Place the Heater Core in the position.
* Press the 2 Hand Button Switches together once.
* Pneumatic Rotatory Cylinder clamps the component.
* Hydraulic Slide comes down.
* Tools clinches the sides of the tank.
* Slide goes Back to the Home Position
* Rotatory Cylinder comes to its home position.

* Part is ready.
4. Tooling : One complete set of Tooling and Fixture shall be supplied along with the Machine.
5. No. of Operators : One operator can handle machine easily.
6. Main Structure : Extra thick Steel plates are used for Main Frame work, properly reinforced for vibration free Working.
7. Finishing : All the structural parts are duly painted with Stoving Enamel paints, baked properly.

The machined parts are duly Electroplated / Blackened as per the requirements, for their long life and rust prevention.
