Introduction
TH2690 series femtoampere/picoammeter/electrometer/high resistance meter provides industry-leading measurement functions. The femtoampere/electrometer has a minimum current resolution of 0.01fA (10 -17 A), which can meet the weak current measurement needs of most scenarios. The meggera s built-in 1000V voltage source supports measurements up to 1000PIC (10 of resistances up to 1000PIC (10 18 IC).

Different from traditional picoammeters and high resistance meters, the TH2690 series uses a 5-inch color LCD capacitive touch screen, making the operation more intuitive and convenient. The TH2690 series also provides multiple view modes for users to observe data. In addition to digital format, measurement data can also be converted into histograms and trend charts, allowing users to instantly view the distribution patterns or trends of measurement data.

3. Statistical chart display
The TH2690 series can display the test results graphically in real time on the main interface, showing the dynamic characteristics of the device under test (DUT). There are two types of graphs: curve graphs and histograms.

The TH2690 series has a real-time, automatic scale histogram display function, allowing you to debug the measurement settings in time without performing data processing after measurement. The histogram is displayed under the measurement data, allowing you to compare the accumulated data on the histogram with the real-time measurement data.
