Trityl (R.t.u.) - Injection

Composition of TRITYL (R.T.U.) - Injection :-
Each ml contains:
Diminazene aceturate : 70mg
Phenazone B.P. : 375mg
Indications
- Trityl (R.T.U.) is indicated in Trypanosomiasis caused by T. congolense, T-vivax, T. brucei and T. evansi, Babesiosis (Babesia bigemina, B. bovis, B.caballi, B. equi. B. ovis, B. motasi and B. canis). Theileriosis (T. annulata) & Anaplasmosis Trityl (R.T.U.) is effective in pyrexia of unknown origin and has analgesic action
- In addition to trypanocidal activity. Diminazene Aceturate is babesicidal & bactericidal (mainly Brucella & Streptococcus species)
Dosage
For Cattle, Camel, Sheep, Goat & Dogs: 1 ml per 10 to 20 kg b.wt. by IM route.
Horses: 1 ml per 15 kg b.wt. by IM route only or as directed by the Veterinarian.
