Papad is known as a thin Indian wafer like a flatbread. Papad is generally made from dried lentils, eaten Fried or Roasted. The Papad is processed in different tastes utilizing natural inbuilt Indian Spices. Salt & Peanut Oil are added to make a dough. The dough is then shaped into a thin, round flat bread and then dried (traditionally in the sun) and can be cooked by deep frying, roasting over an open flame or microwaving.
