This is another type of forming which is used for providing packing solutions to various industries that require small quantities. All the trays used for food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, frozen food blisters 3 D pop up posters, & clamshell are done on vacuum forming this gives the customer complete flexibility in terms of product, design, size & quantity.
The process of vacuum forming involves plastic materials in sheet form which are taken to molten state by the heaters and vacuumed to the desire shape of the die and then cooled in process and cut to the customers requirement.
