This Valco 2 Shafts Light Duty Tapes Slicing Machine (BSLD- AES) is designed to slice 2 log bars at a time. Its slicing speed is variable from 20 strokes/min to 30 strokes/min resulting in 40 to 60 reels production per minute. This machine does not require compressed air. Chuck and end support are automatic. Cutting width is variable on PLC. All parameters like cutting width, production lot, coolant and lubrication dispensing, cutting speed can be set on PLC. Width accuracy is very high (+/- 0.2 mm). This machine is suitable for 38 or 39 ID cores having working width up to 1400 mm. This Valco 2 Shafts Light Duty Tapes Slicing Machine (BSLD- AES) is specifically suitable for PVC insulation tapes and wire harnessing tapes.
