The grizzly rack of the Vibrating Grizzly Feeder is robust and can take impact of loading shocks. The spacing/grizzly size can be changed for specific requirement. Narrow spacing is used for lot of clay contained in the material. However, it should not have more of moisture content. When some clay and some mud is in feed material, broader spacing can be made so that the undersize can pass through distributor and by-passing primary crusher can enter directly to the main conveyor underneath to raise the capacity of primary crushing unit.
