1. It'd be better put 6-7% discharge powder for white discharge ink, and 3-4% for clear discharge ink.

2. After discharge printing, drying should be proceeded immediately, or it will affect the discharging effect, to improve the fastness could add 1% catalyzer.

3. The Discharge ink is suitable for active discharge printing for knitted fabric, but too thick will affect penetrability.

4. Discharge Paste should be used up in 4-6 hours after mixing with discharge powder.

5. Suggest to conduct discharge printing test before mass production and tested before supply.

6. Make sure completely dry before washing test.
