The UF mineral water filter's technology is designed according to customer requirements. It includes pre-processing, micro-filter, UF plus ozone sterilization process to obtain high-quality natural water system. Pre-processing design of multi media filter home, built refined quartz sand, to remove large particles in raw water, sediment, particles, suspended solids and other impurities. Activated carbon filters can effectively remove organics, color, smell, colloid and other impurities. Ultrafiltration by the 0.001-0.1 particles, viruses and other impurities in the products as sterile water, bright clean, pure taste of natural water quality. Terminal coupled with preservation of the ozone sterilization, and further possible to kill bacteria, preventing secondary pollution, water quality, inhibit bacterial growth, to ensure high-quality sterile water, and longer product shelf life.
The UF mineral water filter is available with two operation modes (manual and automatic). Traditional relay control, water level controller, the pressure is too high or water protection and use of electric instantaneous water pressure valve to prevent impact damage to membrane to achieve the system design process by fully automatic operation. In general, the system in the automatic operation mode, the entire system can be run automatically continuous water supply, simple, safe and reliable operation.
