short bearing bushed static-hydrodynamical oil film bearing, which with
better rigidity, and meet the need of heavy loading grinding and precise
grinding.ElectricThe
regulating wheel feed slide is equipped plastic coated guideway and
servomotor that drives high-precision turbine reducer to work, through
the couplings driving ball screws. The minimum feed is 0.001mm.AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel speed control.Hydraulic transmission & stepless speed regulation are adopted on regulating wheel & grinding wheel dresser.CoolingThe cooling system is equipped with magnetic coolant separator.Machine body and designEquipped automatic plunge device in the grinder.Iron casting with high rigidity, natural aging.Main Application:The
grinder is mainly used for through-feed grinding of cylindrical surface
of ring-type parts and bearings, diameter 10-200mm. Moreover, it's
equipped with auto-pitching-in unit, and transfer armed hydraulic &
