Working principle of wood chips dryer
Wet materials move together with hot air at a high speed in the pipes, with a powerful fan drawing air. During this process, wet materials absorb heat and release moisture. In the end, moisture is separated from materials and vented with air. When the temperature of hot air is 180a , wood chips dryer can reduce moisture from 35% to 10%. The temperature should not be less than 180a and the highest could reach 300a . Hot air could be heated by coal, wood, steam or electricity.
