Examples of this are flat panels, frames, louver panels, and simple boxes. Two or three axis machines are often less expensive than robots, and can be sized to handle a wide range of part shapes and sizes, and are much easier to program, operate, and maintain. Controls, pumping, and application systems, along with material and paint collection systems, can be built into the basic machine and platform, so its a 1 piece system.
