Xyf-2 Granular Iron Oxide Desulfurizer

Due to the disadvantages long-term existing in feed gases of chemical industry, such as large humidity, high pressure, high space velocity and wire speed, severely lack of oxygen and more and more higher purification demand, Zhongyuan Institute of Chemical purification and us together research and developed the XYF-2 granular iron oxide desulfurizer, which has the features as following:
1a High desulfurization precision: inlet H2S: 100mg/Nm3, outlet: 0.5mg/Nm3.
2a Large sulfur capacity: 8%-10% for one time.
3a High strength and good water resistance ability: not change to mud under the condition of boiling for 15 minutes or soaking for long time in normal temperature water; after drying, the activation and strength not change.
The desulfurization is widely used for shift gas desulfurization in chemical fertilizer industry, and the desulfurization and purification of natural gas, H2 feed gas, synthetic ammonia N2, and Urea CO2 gas.
a a Desulfurization and regeneration theory:
Fe2O3a cXH2O+3H2S== Fe2S3a cXH2O+3H2O(desulfurization chemical formula)
Fe2S3a cXH2O+3/2O2== Fe2O3a cXH2O+3S(regeneration chemical formula)
H2S reacts with the activated iron oxide in desulfurization, producing sulphide. Then the sulphide reacts with oxygen in feed gas and produce elemental sulfur which will precipitate in the micro pore of desulfurization thus making the desulfurizer regenerate and reaching to the goal of desulfurization.
