ZDEC is widely used as a booster cum accelerator to speed up the thiazoles and sulphonamides based systems giving fast curing yet reasonable safe combinations Mixtures of TMTD and ZDEC are valuable as fastest curing accelerator for Butyl rubber. It is also very useful for transparent rubber formulations.
