Solide Baked With Low-fat Butter Tasty Crispy Toast

Bread slices, untoasted (left) and toasted (right) (right). Low-fat butter is used to make this delectable appetizer toast. Butter is the most natural toast topping most of the time. You can butter it before or after toasting, and you can use cold or room temperature butter. Toast provides carbohydrates and fiber, depending on the type of bread consumed. Because toast is poor in protein, fat, and nutrients, a healthy breakfast usually requires the inclusion of other foods. One or more portions of dairy, protein, and fruits or vegetables are commonly included in a healthy breakfast.
Instructions :
Preheat the oven, toaster oven, or pan and toast both bread slices.
Cook the Toast till it is done to your taste.
Spread a little butter on the toast while it's still hot if you're feeling brave.
