SYM-DLX is a 100% vegetarian bread improver based on soya flour, enzymes complexie11001, emulsifiers[e471,e481], gluten, oxidizing agents[e300], yeast food [e341, e510]& anti caking agent [e170]. SYM-DLX is an complete improver so the baker should not add gluten or emulsifiers.
