Carbon Fibre Packing

Structure : 100% graphite carbon fibre packing, pure graphite yarn is impregnated with a fine submicron powder of inorganic graphite Which can be applied to virtually all pumps and valves.
Features : Maximum performance, low friction, self lubricating, chemically inert, softer and more compressible, non capillar, indefinite shelf life & easy to install.
Applications : Recommended for almost all chemicals i.e. strong acid and caustic through out the full pH range. It is virtually inert, exceptions bring oleum, fuming nitric acid, aqua regia and fluorine. Hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acids will not attack pure graphite packing unless it is used as a positive electrode.
