The weighing tank is placed on load cells connected to the PLC. The vent valve and the inlet valve is open. After receiving the sugar these valves are closed. Batch Ready is displayed at the discharge end. We can also have multiple discharge points. On demand the blower and vibrator starts the discharge valve also opens to transfer the sugar pneumatically. The discharged quantity of sugar is recorded. We can get the total consumption data on the display.
