General Specifications
The towel radiators are included together with the advantages of
the heat generators family used in the buildings and in a short
period of time, it has established an important market presence.Besides it exhibits a beautiful image, the towel radiators
increasing the functionality, which are produced in the form of
hanging the materials to be dried, are especially preferred in the
bathrooms and kitchens.Discoloration is not in question in
time because electrostatic paint is used. Dizayn towel radiators can
also be supplied as chrome covered. The chrome covered radiators with
the same dimensions give approximately 30% less heat than the electro
static painted ones. Because of this high difference, the
electrostatic painted products should be preferred.

Production Specifications
The towel radiators are the products which are designed to
increase the functionality when providing the heat efficiency at the
requested level. The steel profiles are combined with each other by
the welding method and the product is formed.In Dizayn towel
radiators, before the welding process, the end points of the
circulation pipes (horizontal pipes) are spinned. This process
provides the horizontal pipes to be extruded into the vertical pipe
without any problems and completely. The quality problems are
eliminated with this method which is only applied in Dizayn. At the
same time, after the holes are opened on the vertical pipes, the
sides are spinned. Thus a wider welding section without any tension
load is obtained. The welding quality is air tested separately under
13 bar pressure. The Dizayn towel radiator products are
galvanize covered and thus protected from the oxidation and corrosive
effects of the oxygen inside the water. Other manufacturers
perform the surface cleaning process by sanding method. In this
method, high pressurized sand is sprayed over the product, and this
material causes the surface to be rough and thinner and no protection
is provided against corrosion. After this process, it is
painted with the requested colors with the electrostatic paint. With
the current method; a high quality product which does not stripped
and peeled is obtained. In the chrome covered products; first
of all the surface is copper covered and then nickel covered and
finally the product is chrome covered. With these intermediate
coverages; a product which does not stripped and peeled with high
adhesion capacity is obtained.
