4. Hot/Warm/Cold Analysis of Enquries received Sales person wise and Productwise
5. Hot/Warm/Cold Summary Analysis of Enquries received productwise and Sales Person wise for the entire organisation.
6. Weekly Sales Conversion Report for enquires received in a given week over the next 4 weeks.
7. Customer Categorisation over a period of time in terms of Area, Newspaper, product, competitors product, etc
8. Follow-up schedule for a given period with complete details like Date, Sales person, person to be contacted, phone no., etc.
9. Most reports may be viewed in a Browse window, transferred to an Excel Sheet or printed through the printer.
10. With pdf printer installed the reports may be transferred to a pdf file.
