Hdpe Masterbatch (Lysi-404)

We are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying excellent quality HDPE Masterbatch (LYSI-404) in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Silike LYSI-404 Masterbatch is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in HDPE resin. It is widely used as an additive in HDPE-compatible system for improve processing properties and modify surface quality. With 0.2% to 2.0% LYSI-404, processing and flow of the resin improved, including better mold filling & mold release, less extruder torque, internal lubrication and faster throughput. At higher addition levels, 2% to 5%, improved surface properties are improved, including lubricity, slip, lower friction coefficient.

Typical applications: Inner lay of HDPE cable protection pipe, Silicon core pipe, Telecom Ducts, PLB HDPE pipe and large diameter pipe for a sliding surface, a very low friction and better mold release etc.
