Ingredients
2 teacup spinach leaves
2 & 1/2 teacups fresh curds
green chilli chopped
teaspoon raita masala
Salt to taste

How to Cook:
Steam the spinach leaves for a few minutes. Squeeze out of the water and chop finely.
Beat the curds and add the raita masala and salt. Mix well.
Sprinkle chilli powder on top. Serve chilled.
