Diluenti R1i i PBS buffer 20 mmol/L, PEG 6000, Surfactant.
Antibodyi R2i i PBS buffer 20 mmol/L, Goat serum, anti-human IgA, Preservative.
3.Determination: Add 3uL samples into 200I L R1,mix thoroughly and incubate the cuvette at 37a for 300 seconds. Read the absorbance A1 against the blank.. Then mix 100I L R2 thoroughly and incubate the cuvette for 300 seconds, read the absorbance A2. The absorbance of complex is a Ai A2-A1i .
