1.2316R is a new type of steel for plastic mold modified based on DIN WNr. 1.2316 steel. by modifying the chemical composition of the steel,the anti-acid effect becomes more excellen and the mirror polishing property becomes more superior.
2.Smelted in application of ESR process,the steel become more purified.
3.The steel is 100% subppied to ultrasonic defect detection and free of air bubbles and air porosity.
4.The steel is supplied in pre-hardened state (30-36HRC) and suitable for direcct molding.softened steel and special harding heat treatment services may be provided according to the clients needs.
