"Screw - Nut arrangment with Multiple Principles" for Rapier Drive leading to very low energy consumption, Low Noise and Very Low Friction in the Rapier Gear-Box, enabling use of very light weight Grippers, Tapes and Drive Wheels, all leading to Minimum Maintainance Costs.
Minimum Power Consumption due to Direct Drive Servo motor (eg - 6.0 to 7.5 Amps for 500 - 550 rpm on 190 cm Dobby loom in running state) - Power saving ranges from 15 - 40% when compared to secondhand / used looms of Shuttleless type - Rapier / Projectile / Airjet / from manufacturers like Dornier / Picanol / Somet / Vamatex / Sulzer / Nuovo Pignone / SMIT / Tsudakoma / Toyota / Nissan etc, having Clutch and Brake systems, traditional Motors built for constant speed working for the Main Motor/Loom COMPARED TO OUR SERVO DRIVE.
