Product is a multipurpose solvent that has a good balance of many properties. The solvent can be used in cellulose ester lacquers, producing a dazzling gloss and durable film with a mild/sweet odour. It's used as a solvent in lacquer thinners, dopes, wood stains, wood preservatives, and printing inks, among other things. It increases gloss, flow, and avoids orange peel formation in lacquers, traditional, and high solid coatings. Many hard-surface cleansers and related cleaning formulas benefit from its superior performance. This product is frequently used in industrial metal cleaners, vapour degreasers, the clarification of oil-water dispersions, and the formulation of concentrated liquid cleaners as a coupling agent to stabilise immiscible materials.
