Properties and Advantages of our AEEA Free Cationic Softener Flakes for Textile:-

2. Low foam ability, particularly suitable for dyeing factories.
3. Negligible influence on whiteness and shade, especially suitable for light-colored and white fabrics.

APPLICATION METHOD:-
Exhaust method:
10% FV-130 0.5 ~ 6.0 % (o.w.f)
L.R. 1:6 ~ 10
Room temp. ~ 45oC treated for 20min a spin-dry a dry a heat set (150A C x 30 sec.)
Padding method:
10% FV-130 10 ~ 60 g/l
Pad processing liquor a dry a heat set (150A C x 30 sec.)

DILUTION METHOD:-
Whilst stirring, sprinkle the flakes into cold or warm water which is about 2/3 of the total amount of water required, and while stirring, the temperature is heated up to about 55oC gradually, then continue stirring for 1.5-2.0 hours until a uniform paste is attained, then add the remaining amount of water, continue stirring homogenously.

STORAGE LIFE:-
Store in a cool and well-ventilated place, sealed storage, the product is valid for 12 months.
