FIELDS OF APPLICATION :

APPLICATION METHOD :
Exhaust method :
10% FV-180 - 0.25 - 4 % (o.w.f)
Room temp. - 45oC treated for 20min a spin-dry a dry a heat set (150A C x 30 sec.)
Padding method:
10% FV-180A A 4 - 40 g/l

DILUTION METHOD :
Under slow stirring, 10% softener flakes (flakes weight: water weight = 1: 9) are added into the room temperature water, then heat to about 70A 5A C. At this temperature, keep stirring for about 1-2 hours until a homogeneous emulsion is formed, then stop heat preservation, stirring slowly until cooled to room temperature, stirring after making up the amount of water which is evaporated in the process of expected to dissolving , filtering for later use.
